A ranked missions are the have a high death tole. 4-man teams are rarely sent on these. If not a Jounin backed with some ANBU, a specialy foremed team of various ranks by the Kage themselves. This rank's missions consist of assassination, village sabotage, B ranked and above Missiing-nin take down, etc.
