B ranked missions are alot harder then C ranked missions. The possibility of death increases greatly. These missions are for Chuunin rank or higher. The Kage of your village can make an acception for a 4-man team if she see's fit. Missions include search and rescue, missing-nin assasination, opposing village or country infiltration.
